Scoping call

30–60 min · No fee

We establish the physics of the problem. You explain what you're trying to prove or disprove; we ask the questions that matter. At the end, we give you an honest read on scope and whether we can help.

Scoping proposal

1–3 business days

A written proposal defining the technical question, the modeling approach, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Fixed-fee or hourly — stated upfront. No retainers-until-unknown.

Modeling & experimental work

Project-dependent

Physics-native analysis: first-principles models, calibrated against data. For autonomous lab engagements, we design and deploy agents against your experimental infrastructure — not a report about what you could build, but a working system. No black-box tools, no analyst-layer proxies.

Deliverables

Report · Model · Dataset

Written technical report, working simulation model or dataset, and a summary of key sensitivities and risks. Deliverables are structured for expert handoff — not executive summaries that lose the physics.

Handoff & optional retainer

Your choice

We walk through the work, answer questions, and hand over all files. For ongoing projects, a monthly retainer is available — covering model updates, scenario analysis, and technical advisory.

Rates

Engagements are priced as consulting hours or fixed-fee project scope, depending on what's appropriate. We don't have a self-serve product. There's no checkout flow. All rates are discussed and agreed before work begins.
